3. The core insert parts need to be cooled. During injection molding process, the internal temperature of the insert will be raised, and the insert parts will be expanded, that will affect the sliding of the insert parts. Normally, we will adopt cooling the insert method, to avoid this problem, and that will also save the molding cycle time.
